1964 Manx VW style Buggy

Item Description:

I built this car about 5 years ago. Used it a couple of times on trips to Barstow and up to the foothills. Performed wonderfully. Since then it has sat under a cover in the backyard with the occasional start up and drive around the neighborhood. It’s registered through April of 2015.

I have spent the last few months Reconditioning it. Body off and sanding down the frame and repainting. Replumbing (fuel) and general clean up. I’m attaching a PDF that has all of the Specs for the frame engine etc. (ok, it wouldn’t let me upload a pdf, so I made it a jpeg.) 
My family has since outgrown this car and we need to pass it on to one that would enjoy it. 

UPDATE: I did some “tinkering” this past weekend. Oil Change, Valve adjustment, Front end alignment. Took if for a drive and it drove perfectly.
