Please read add before responding. (the add was orginally made for craigslist so to be taken off guard by the tone)
I am the original owner of this vehicle. I purchased it off the lot in 1984. It was driven till about 2005-6. Then put on Non-op with DMV. The title has been misplaced at the moment, if buyer is serious I will apply for a new title. Registration is up to date as NOn-op.
This vehicle is not drivable, because it is non-oped and tires are old. You will need to have this vehicle towed or trailered. The vehicle has not been started for about three years. Once it was non-oped in 2006 it was started periodically and once it was run out of fuel it has not been started. it has been garaged since about 2008.
The truck is bone stock and is the 22r carbed motor with the w56 manual tranny and gear driven t-case. Ideal for off-road. It is the strait axle version, NOT IFS. Everything is completely intact, has not been pillaged for parts or motor touched. I’m sure with a carb cleanup and a fuel system flush and a new battery it would start right up.
The odometer reads just under 300,000. It can be rolled around as there are no seized parts and the motor is still free. All liquids are still in motor.
As you can see from the photos the only issue with this truck is the rust.
This truck would make for a great crawler project! Not suitable for street, hence the low price.
If this add is still up it is still available. Don’t email me asking for more pictures as its not worth my time. If you are a serious buyer you will take the time to come see it in person yourself.
