1984 DirTrix DT2 class 2 unlimited, 2 seater, FRESH 2.8L Type 4 Porsche motor, 8.1 compression (pump gas), new cam, new oil pump, MSD ignition, Dry sumped, dual 44 weber carbs, K&N filters, new alternator, FRESH 091 bus box by Artigas Transaxles, Fox coilover front shocks, Fox reservior rear shocks, CNC front hubs, Summers Bros outboard rear hubs, Jamar brakes, Jamar pedals/shifter and turning brake, Centerline beadlocks, BFG 35″ KR2 tires rear, 7.50×16 fronts, Diablo steering rack, Baja Design XL Squadron LED’s, Kenwood race radio, PCI intercom, new 30 gallon Harmon fuel cell, new Mastercraft 3G seats/belts. Racer was completely torn down to the frame, powder coated,rebuilt/restored in 2015 and raced in the NORRA Mexican 1000 and finished in 2nd place! This car is practically BRAND NEW. Racer was featured in SCORE Internationals on line magazine and will be featured in next months issue of Hot VW’s magazine (Jan 2016, on news stands on Dec 1st).
